Questions you're probably about to ask.

01Will you write to my CRM?
Reads only by default. During the build phase we may suggest new fields and integrations; you approve them, your team installs them, or we do it side-by-side. Nothing changes in your CRM without you saying so.
02How is this different from hiring a junior analyst?
A junior analyst takes 3-6 months to ramp, learns your business once, and leaves in 18 months. Cernvo is productized — the audit, the capture build, and the weekly forecast are the same process for every client. You get a senior team on day one.
03What if our data is a mess?
That's the audit. We tell you exactly what's missing, what's noisy, and what to capture instead. The build phase fixes it. Most clients are reporting cleanly within six weeks.
04Do I have to switch off my dashboards?
No. Keep them. Most clients keep one or two and let the rest die naturally. Cernvo isn't another dashboard — it's the weekly answer that makes the dashboards optional.
05How fast is onboarding?
Two-week audit, four-week build, first forecast in week six. The clock starts the day you sign and we have CRM access.
06Who is this not for?
Firms under $50M deployed, pure-consumer real estate (single-family flips), or teams without an operator who reads numbers. We can refer you to people who serve those markets well.
